Phase 2 is the step when users of OAJ's telescopes prepare their observations. Observations at OAJ are executed through a robotic system. The instructions to perform correctly the observations need to be provided through a system which complies with OAJ-standards. This is achieved using a "OAJ Phase 2 Tool".
